​Churchill Speech Video Competition ​

​Remembering Sir Winston Churchill:
A video competition in honour of the 75th anniversary
of the end of the Second World War.

The end of World War II marked a significant moment in world history and represents many months of collaboration between the allies. As a tribute to Churchill's impact and legacy, The Sir Winston Churchill Society of Calgary is sponsoring a unique competition in 2020.
 
 
Bring alive the words of Sir Winston Churchill with video:
a competition for High School or University Students 16 - 25 years old.

• Submit a video of a re-enactment of a Churchill speech (max length 10 min.)
• Applications will be available online February 15, 2020
• Competition Closes Midnight, April 15, 2020

 
 
Awards are 1st  $1000, 2nd $500, 3rd $250. Winning videos will be posted on our website and winners will be honoured by the society at our Annual Social May 2020.
